1) How do I sign up for Academic Coaching with Kelvin?
Click Book a Session, Schedule on Calendar, Pay for Services- All conveniently done on KLSpeaks, LLC website.

2) Do you offer online and in-person coaching?
Yes-please contact us at contact@klspeaks.com for more information.

3) Is our coaching 1-on-1 or with a group?
We offer 1-on-1 tutoring to meet the individual needs of the student.

4) What subjects do you offer coaching in?
Please check Academic Coaching tab for subjects offered for highschool Seniors and first year college students.

5) Do you offer an assessment? Yes
A Personal Transitional Plan will be assessed during the first session and Kelvin provides a detailed coaching progress report after each session. An evaluation form will be provided
after the student completes Academic Coaching.

6) Do you offer ACT and SAT Prep?
Kelvin offers ACT Prep in Math, Science, and English sections.

(7) What expertise do you have?

(8) How do payments work?
Monthly Academic Sessions- $85 per session (4 sessions)
Single Academic Session- $100.00 per session
ACT Session - $85 per session
Parent Support Session-$85
Conveniently pay on KLSpeaks, LLC website with credit card, debit card, or Paypal after you schedule a session.

(9) Do you offer any guarantees?
We offer a first-time guarantee. If the student puts forth effort and focus and is not satisfied with the session or there is no connection between Kelvin and the student, we will refund you for the first session.

(10) What happens if I want to stop?
You can stop receiving services at any time. One day notice is required for all cancellations or schedule changes. If you cancel the day of the session, you will be charged for the missed session.

(12) ARE ALL STUDENTS WELCOME TO RECEIVE ACADEMIC COACHING SERVICES?
YES!! We target students with autism or other learning differences but ALL senior students and 1st year college students are welcome.
