I am sharing practical advice and the parenting tools and strategies I used that helped me navigate resources and advocate for my child.from a parental perspective offering practical advice, strategies, and help with Kelvin’s social skills and lifeskills have significantly improved over the years with family support, mentors, and strength-based parenting. These skills are critical for an individual on the spectrum to navigate life, feel a sense of independence, and advocate for themselves.
